Returns and Exchange

Our products are handmade with passion and love. We are confident that you’ll understand the uneven surfaces and crooked ending of the human process, also the colour, pattern and size variations of the mother nature’s semi-precious stones and freshwater pearls. We advise you to read the product descriptions of the jewellery carefully before placing your order. We also examine the quality of our products before shipping.   

Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in the delivery process or you have received an incorrect product. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged package. 

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges providing the following conditions are met:

  1. If your order is damaged by the time of delivery or you have received an incorrect product.
  2. You must email help@parakeethouse.com to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Before we accept your return request, we may ask you to send us a photograph of the damaged or incorrect product.
  3. Items must be returned as new - unworn and in the original packaging.
  4. We will replace your order free of charge if possible or refund in the original form of payment.
  5. We are not responsible for lost return package, we recommend you to select a registered delivery method.
  6. Unless applicable, delivery charges are not refunded.
  7. We also will replace or refund the order if it lost in the transit by our respective courier service.  

 Non-qualifying Orders  

  1. For personal hygiene of all our customers, we are unable to offer return or exchange for the items that are worn or removed from our tags.
  2. The items that are purchased in a trunk show or any other physical location.
  3. Items that are ordered to an incorrect address or a PO Box address.
  4. Unavailable recipient - after 3 failed attempts by our respective courier agent.

The above return and refund policy is applicable for both, domestic and international orders.
